Returns & Exchanges Policy

Midas Touch

At Midas Touch, each piece is thoughtfully designed and produced in limited quantities. To maintain the integrity of our collections and ensure fairness to all clients, we operate under an exchange-only policy.

Exchanges Only

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases.
Eligible items may be exchanged for:

  • A different size (subject to availability), or

  • Store credit valid for 12 months.


Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Garments must be:

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • In original condition

    • With all original tags attached

  • Items must not carry makeup, perfume, deodorant, or scent marks.

We reserve the right to decline exchanges that do not meet these standards.


Final Sale Items

The following are strictly final sale and not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

  • Gift cards

  • Accessories


Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Midas Touch is not responsible for returns lost in transit.


Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and a description of the issue.

Approved faulty items may be eligible for repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
